The hotel is falling apart! From the horrible customer to the torn up furniture and pieces of the hotel literally falling apart! Whatever management has taken over this hotel, is completely ruining it! I have been coming here for more than 5 years now and I can honestly say whatever they are doing is nothing! The hotel is raggedy. The patio furniture is all broken and torn up. The rooms and halls always have a moldy smell and the rooms themselves are torn up. Tissue holders broken, fridges that are barely cold. And let’s not start with the incompetent staff at the front desk. Many can barely speak English and worse, they never answer the phone, leave you hold and never return, it’s not a great place to go any longer. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
